After a management degree at Warwick University, Jackie qualified as an accountant (ACCA) in the 1980s and is now an FCCA. She is a member of the Institute of Legal Cashiers & Administrators and of the Solicitors Financial Management Group. She is a fundraiser for Bromley Y, a local youth counselling charity.
