Linda specialises in Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence claims primarily working for Claimants.

Linda has been qualified as a solicitor for over twenty years. When she first qualified Linda had a general litigation caseload which means that she a great wealth of experience to draw on. For the last ten years Linda has concentrated on personal injury and clinical negligence claims. Since then she has worked in a number of roles including working as an in-house lawyer for a major health Union and a well known niche Personal Injury practice before joining Judge & Priestley in March 2004.

Linda has successfully recovered compensation for victims of road traffic accidents, accidents at work, crimes of violence, slipping and tripping accidents as well as medical accidents.  She believes passionately that those who cause accidents should be properly held to account for their acts or omissions.  For this reason Linda leaves no stone unturned when preparing cases.

Linda is an active member of a number of professional organisations. She belongs to the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL), being the Secretary to the Transport Special Interest Group. She is the Honorary Secretary of the London branch of the Association of Women Solicitors and also sits on the committee of the Bromley & District Law Society as its Education Officer. Linda also regularly advises in the local branch of the Citizens Advice Bureau.
