Tina qualified in 2002 and specialises in preparing Wills, advising on Inheritance Tax Planning, administering Estates & Trusts, making applications to the Court of Protection and advising in respect of contentious probate matters.  Having trained in the areas of litigation and dealing with property matters early on in her career, she is also able to incorporate her experience in these areas in her advice.  Tina is a Trust & Estate practitioner and a legal advisor for the Bromley Citizens Advice Bureau.
