Rachel studied law at the University of Leicester, she secured a training contract with Judge and Priestley in 2004 and qualified into the Litigation department in 2006. Although Rachel is able to deal with a broad range of litigious matters her main area of practice is within the insolvency field.

Rachel acts on behalf of organisations, local authorities and private individuals advising and assisting in all areas of insolvency. Rachel is also able to act on behalf of appointed Trustees in bankruptcy and liquidators in the realisation of assets and providing general legal assistance in dealing with both bankrupt individuals and liquidated companies.
